Amaani is a property developer and consultant specialising in high-yield residential assets, HMO repositioning and asset optimisation.

With hands-on experience across acquisitions, refurbishments, compliance, lettings and operational management, she works with landlords, investors and developers to improve underperforming properties, increase tenant appeal and strengthen long-term asset performance.

Her work focuses on commercially driven residential environments, combining practical project experience with operational strategy, investor thinking and value-add development.

Almas is a residential childcare leader and consultant specialising in children's residential services, operational improvement and Ofsted readiness.

As a former Registered Manager, she successfully led a children's home to achieve an Outstanding judgement in all areas from Ofsted and has supported services to strengthen compliance, improve operational performance and build positive, sustainable team cultures.

Her experience spans leadership development, safeguarding, therapeutic environments, staffing systems and operational oversight, with a strong focus on creating high-quality, child-centred services where both children and teams can thrive.

Alongside her operational background, Almas now works in consultancy, supporting providers, investors and organisations with service setup, compliance, leadership support and long-term operational improvement across residential care environments.
